Seventeen Unique Collectible Pieces
Presented during Beijing Art Week 2025, the project is developed by The Table Studio in collaboration with Gallery Sohe, Room 6X8 - Spurs Gallery (Beijing) and Larry’s List (Shanghai), fostering the dialogue between cultures and contemporary visions.
Each table has a uniquely engraved top, and through these marks, you can imagine countless stories that belong to all of us: stories of love, memories, and dreams.
This installation is a homage to our shared memories and to our homes, here in China, in Italy, and beyond—bridging countries, the past, and the future.
Guests are invited to sit at a long table inspired by the rustic wooden ones found in parks or countryside. However, this table is completely covered by gold and full of engraved inscriptions—traces possibly left behind by those who came before.
